The Arches Are Here!

Ron Klein "tacks" arches to footing |
Our beautiful new Rose Garden arches, inspired by the
Monet Garden and designed by
Greg Butler,
are now installed on either side of the fountain.
Funded by the City of SeaTac, the arches were fabricated by local artisan Ron Klein of Klein Art/Fab. At 10 feet in height and spanning 12 feet, the 30" wide steel trellises will soon form a semi-transparent tunnel draped in climbing roses above the Rose Garden's central axis. The arches were installed by the City of SeaTac Parks Department under Mr. Klein's direction. The installation completes another major phase of the Rose Garden's development. Future plans include new entry trellises and seat walls around the lawn and fountains
