Operations and Outreach Facilities
This section of the garden wil house structures and facilities for the daily operation of the garden and for public outreach. Offices, restrooms, and a library will share a "built-green" structure, and roof runoff will be harvested in a rain garden. A maintenance shop for staff will also provide a warm place for volunteers to take a break. A nursery will provide plants for the beds and for our annual plant sale. and
composting facilities will provide organic matter for the garden and serve as a demonstration area for home composting
enthusiasts.
