Elda Behm is a 90-years-young gardening dynamo whose "Paradise Garden", lovingly crafted over nearly thirty five years, was demolished to make way for the Port of Seattle's proposed Third Runway project at SeaTac Airport. "How many of the new garden plants came from Elda's property?"
About 85 to 90% of the plants in Phase One were transplanted from the one-acre Behm property.
"How big was Elda's Garden?"
About an acre, including the house and outbuildings.

The first phase is about 2 acres. The planned extent of the gardens is 10.5 acres
"Who built the water feature in the Elda Behm Paradise Garden?"
The water feature in the EBPG was designed and installed by Russell Water Gardens.
